MY PHILOSOPHY & GOAL

Advancing Trauma-Informed Practice

My mission is to equip clinicians with the knowledge and confidence to work effectively with C-PTSD and dissociative disorders. Based on research and years of experience in the trauma dissociation field, I aim to expand the field’s understanding of how modalities such as IFS, EMDR, and clinical hypnosis can be adapted to meet the needs of complex clients.

Through training, consultation, and writing, I strive to advance best practices while encouraging clinicians to use their current skills, to expand their knowledge and to work in partnership with their clients lived experiences. At the heart of my work is a commitment to building a community of practitioners who approach trauma treatment with skill, compassion, and respect for the resilience of their clients.
